Projects that required something that didn't exist yet — built by combining disciplines most firms keep separate.

Natural User Interface control of a Parrot drone using a wearable piezoresistive fiber sensor — a novel conductive composite developed at Empa. Gesture recognition from skin-surface strain data mapped to drone flight commands.

A 360/VR short film for the Swiss Metallbau Union — produced for SwissBau 2016 at the Basel Messe, the largest building materials event in Switzerland. Filmed inside the BernMobile Tramdepot and Bern Bahnhof, combining 360 imaging with VR animation to show steel as a living, future-oriented material.

AuxD is an out-of-home audience analytics system built around a low-power IoT camera network with on-device face detection, emotion recognition, and demographic analysis. Selected as a finalist in the IoT/M2M Innovation World Cup — with the ceremony held at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
A talk on the design process for VR, AR, and Mixed Reality — presented at the International Investment Forum in VR/AR/MR (#IIFVAR 2017) at Technopark Zurich, organised by the Swiss Society of Virtual and Augmented Reality (SSVAR).

An interactive media project awarded a prototype grant from Pro Helvetia, the Swiss Arts Council — through the Call for Interactive Media Projects supporting development, production and distribution of innovative Swiss interactive work.
Research and implementation of 3D scanning pipelines for AR/VR character creation — translating real people and objects into deployment-ready 3D assets for mixed reality and interactive applications. An early idezo research area that became a core service.
