Zurich, Switzerland · Innovation Lab
The technology partner for mid-sized companies that need something that does not exist yet — and who can move fast enough to use it. Swiss precision since 2015.
Mid-sized companies — 50 to 500 people — sit between off-the-shelf software and enterprise platforms. That gap is exactly where idezo works.
We combine them to solve problems that single-discipline firms cannot.
Machine learning pipelines, computer vision, and intelligent automation built for production — not demos.
02Spatial computing, mixed reality, and immersive training experiences that change how people work.
03Connected devices, sensor networks, and smart infrastructure — from prototype to production hardware.
04PCB design, embedded systems, and manufacturing-ready product development from the ground up.
05Digital products, interaction design, and 3D pipelines — the craft layer that makes the technology legible.
Speculative Technology
Real problems. Working solutions. Available to acquire and deploy.
A $600 camera and edge inference replace a quality inspector who gets tired.
The senior engineer who retired last year never has to leave.
Not an alert when the temperature crossed the threshold. An alert before it did.
Projects that required a new combination.
Natural User Interface control of a Parrot drone using a wearable piezoresistive fiber sensor — a novel conductive composite developed at Empa. Gesture recognition from skin-surface strain data mapped to drone flight commands.
A 360/VR short film for the Swiss Metallbau Union — produced for SwissBau 2016 at the Basel Messe, the largest building materials event in Switzerland. Filmed inside the BernMobile Tramdepot and Bern Bahnhof, combining 360 imaging with VR animation to show steel as a living, future-oriented material.
AuxD is an out-of-home audience analytics system built around a low-power IoT camera network with on-device face detection, emotion recognition, and demographic analysis. Selected as a finalist in the IoT/M2M Innovation World Cup — with the ceremony held at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
The thinking
We approach problems from first principles — asking what class of problem this is, which combination of technologies it requires, and where the implementation gap actually lives.

Every project we take on requires combining at least two disciplines. The combination is the value — an AR overlay on live IoT data, an AI model running on custom hardware, a design system that makes the technology legible.

The large consultancies want you when you have a multi-year contract and a steering committee. We want you when you have a decision-maker in the room and a real problem to solve. Mid-sized companies — the ones the big firms overlook — can prototype, test, and deploy in the time it takes a larger competitor to clear procurement.
